New Sauce from the homie Steph! This joint should’ve been hit the site but it’s here now & we definitely will enjoy. The rising artist Steph recently released a new joint “pass the surface” on SoundCloud & It’s pretty refreshing. Steph has been working on his craft/making music for around 3 years now. “Past the surface” was a older track but one of the first that he mixed on his own that actually sounded pretty good in his words.. Steph was playing tracks for a few people and they were saying the tracks sounded like album cuts already. At that point He had just started messing with mixing more because he got tired of sending tracks to people that wasn’t delivering quality to his standards. Not your average R&B artist, his style ranges from classic R&B to singer/songwriter vibes to pop rock with rap influences. The way he takes his time to put everything together makes it even better.
Steph is currently working at The Trap Factory Studio in Maryland doing some media marketing for them. He just graduated with his public relations degree at West Virginia State University & it has him thinking of his art a differently. Steph invested in studio equipment, a slate mic, Apollo interface, & found a way to get some decent mixes out. He found he was sitting on music & now with more of an understanding of the product he process, he’s just coming up on more ways to package it. Out of these thoughts came the “demo dump” idea. It was just a way for him to get out some rough mixes he’s sitting on out on free platforms. Free spirited & with the a voice like his, it just takes you away and have you in another space mentally. He’s focused on building content such as lyric videos, visuals etc… While putting together his next release schedule including biweekly “demo dumps”, Expect more singles, his first couple music videos, and more music from his camp BELIEVERSONLY. and 1685. Tune in & check out the sauce he’s cooking up. That voice is pure!
