Rahmón Parker who goes by the name Rahmón P. is a multi-talented mc, singer, songwriter & producer from New Orleans, LA. Being the grandson of Nola legend and Louisiana Music Hall of Fame inductee Robert “Barefootin” Parker he began the journey of music at the tender age of 5 teaching himself to play saxophone and piano. He quickly sauced his way up over the years as he attended multiple music and art institutions ranging in jazz, blues, orchestra, soul and hip-hop/r&b. He released his first highly anticipated album in 2014 named “Analog Love” which was fully original and self produced. It received great reviews & was deemed “an underground classic, musically progressive and ahead of it’s time”. He then went on to hone in on his craft while helping write and produce for multiple artist in the south as well as develop new sounds for his next release. He is now back with his new single “Bout’ That” off his upcoming self-produced album “PATTERNS” and poised to make huge waves in the culture by pushing it forward sonically through his witty lyrics, warm voice and futuristic/genreless approach. Straight sauce right here! It also can be found in my playlist (InTheSauceWeTrust) playlist on Spotify.
